Manager, Legal & Compliance Your new company A leading international financial institution is starting up their own financial Hub, and is looking for a manager to set up the legal and compliance department. Your new role

• Coordinate Compliance Efforts: Work closely with local management, stakeholders, and our extensive dealer network to ensure compliance activities are executed flawlessly.
• Anti-Money Laundering Initiatives: Take charge of managing and supporting anti-money laundering measures across our retail network.
• Policy Implementation: Implement group-wide internal security measures and update compliance policies as needed.
• Risk Management: Identify potential compliance risks and develop strategies to mitigate them effectively.
• Legal : Provide legal advisory to internal and external stakeholders, prepare templates and be a liaison with the general counsel

What you'll need to succeed

• At least 5 years in the financial industry
  
• Must have an LLB
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• The ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
