Marketing & Operations Support Officer (Retail Sales)

We are looking for an energetic, creative, and organized Marketing & Operations Support Officer to manage our retail brand's online presence and daily sales operations. You will be the bridge between our creative marketing efforts and smooth daily customer operations.

If you love social media, enjoy interacting with customers online, and have a sharp eye for detail, we want you on our team! This is a Singapore based company. We require you to work at the office in Singapore at Midview city.

Monday-Fridays.

10am-7pm.

Annual Leave & Medical coverage can be discussed.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Management & Content Creation

1. Manage and grow our online social platforms (Website, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok).
2. Plan, create, and publish engaging content daily across all platforms.
3. Monitor social media trends to keep our retail brand relevant and exciting.

2. Sales Operations & Customer Support

1. Handle daily online sales operations, including responding to customer enquiries promptly.
2. Manage customer bookings and schedule appointments smoothly.
3. Provide excellent customer service to convert online leads into retail sales.

3. Administrative Support

1. Complete daily sales operation paperwork and records accurately.
2. Maintain organized filing of sales invoices, reports, and customer data.

💼 Job Requirements

1. Language: Must be highly bilingual in English and Mandarin (written and spoken) to handle enquiries from both English and Chinese-speaking customers.
2. Tech Skills: Good computer literacy (MS Office, basic sheets) and familiarity with social media backend tools.
3. Experience: Prior experience in retail sales, customer service, or social media management is a strong plus.
4. Traits: Creative, self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
