Enviably Me, the official distributor and retailer of Ipanema and Melissa, is expanding its brand portfolio and distribution channels in Singapore and Malaysia. We're looking for a sprightly marketeer who is ready to see through end-to-end effective brand marketing activities to build our community of fans.
What you're expected to do:
- Work with the Head of Marketing to develop and execute holistic online and offline marketing activities to build and increase awareness of brands, acquire new customers and retain existing ones.
- Execute public relations-related tasks such as identify, liaise with, and maintain relationships with media partners, influencers, and key opinion leaders; to build a community of brand ambassadors.
- Plan and execute exciting brand-building events for our PR community for season/ special collection launches for awareness; and engaging shopping activations for our customers to drive sales.
- Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders such as retailers and strategic partners to push the boundaries to create new and exciting brand experiences. Develop and execute special branded events/ projects across different retail channels that seamlessly blend the in-store and online worlds into one unique and memorable experience.
- Partnership marketing management and execution to constantly seek out and maintain strategic partnership and marketing opportunities with malls, partners, and vendors.
- Own end-to-end CRM strategy planning to analyse numbers, then initiate and execute purposeful email marketing activities such as segmented campaigns to retain loyal customers.
- Own end-to-end monthly campaign coordination and execution like prepare monthly marketing and communications plan, arrange influencer seeding, schedule and deploy communications assets, and liaise with internal stakeholders from other departments.
- Evaluate effectiveness of marketing campaigns and efforts monthly, using a variety of analytic tools, to develop a report and consolidate actionable insights that help drive decision-making.
- Social media management, including planning, execution and scheduling. (FB, IG & XHS)
- Other ad-hoc tasks as required

What you need to have:
- A Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Mass communication
- 1 – 2 years working experience.
- Multi-tasking and time management skills
