For more information, click here. Position Summary We now have a great opportunity for a Skin Health Marketing Lead to join our Consumer Health business. You will be responsible for leading the Skin Care brands across ATL & BTL executions. You will work closely with the cross-functional Teams and Regional Counterparts in order to create and execute initiatives through the Consumer Journey. This role will have 2-3 direct reports. Key competencies Apply in-depth understanding of consumer and marketplace dynamics to pursue end to end brand management and development.
  • Applies working knowledge of brand strategies and brand building tactics to provide input in the planning process and execution of them
  • Planning and execution of all communications and media actions on all channels, including online and social media
  • Develop Influencer Marketing Engagement Plans to build relevance for Brands
  • Develop pricing strategy and new product launches as well as developing new business opportunities
  • Strong Category knowledge within retail environment (5 P's), linking brand strategy to category strategy
  • Demonstrates knowledge of the brand P&L and its components to determine implications of marketing decisions on brand profitability
  • Strong analytical capabilities to lead brand performance analysis and deliver recommendations
Key Responsibilities
  • Leading the development and implementation of brand and shopper marketing strategies of a portfolio of Skin Health brands to drive business performance.
  • Build and support the creation of innovative and effective campaigns to grow sales & market share in your Brands. From development of concepts with agency, briefing of media agency down to executions of campaign
  • Manage new product launches, from working with supply chain on inventory, prepare pricing to preparing sell in presentations to customers
  • Drive category management initiatives for key customers who are ready and willing.
  • Lead external agency relationships and ensure work is delivered on time and within budget.
  • To work on Annual Business/Brand Planning to strategize for following year
  • Develop Brand & Shopper Plans for your brand to deliver Category growth and present to key Customers.
  • Participate in customer meetings, especially joint business planning with key customers
  • To champion your brands within the broader organisation
Qualifications What we are looking for Qualifications
  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required, Marketing/Business preferred
  • Minimal 10 years of Brand Management Experience in an FMCG environment essential.
  • Have led a team of 2 or more
  • Commercial understanding with strong financial acumen
  • Understanding of P&L Development
  • Can do attitude, with the ability to influence and work in a collaborative way
  • Proven implementation ability
  • Proactive and results driven
  • Good Interpersonal skills with the ability to influence
  • Flexibility to adapt plans/challenges as they arise
  • Passion for building brands and a proven track record in developing brand strategies is required
