Operations Store Manager

Join a leading retail clothing firm as we prepare to launch in Malaysia in July! We're seeking a dynamic and strategic-minded Operations Manager based in Kuala Lumpur who can oversee our multiple stores, which are over 10k sq feet in size. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in retail store operations, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the Malaysian market dynamics.

Responsibilities:

The person should be proficient in taking care of the P&L of the stores.

1. Budgeting and Cost Control: Develop annual budgets for retail operations and manage expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness. Identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve efficiency without compromising on quality or service standards.
2. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, merchandising, and finance to ensure alignment and coordination of efforts. Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to support the overall success of the organization.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Retail management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in retail operations management, with a minimum of 4 years in leadership role.
• Strong understanding of retail industry trends, best practices, and technologies.
