Penerangan Pekerjaan - Pharmacy Assistant

Assist in daily operational tasks which include but not limited to monitoring stock level, proper arrangement of stocks, monitoring short expiry dates on allocated shelves, checking receiving goods, returning stock, stock take and other tasks assigned by the Retail Manager / Pharmacist or another designated authority.
Attend to customer inquiries and cultivate strong rapport with customers, fostering a friendly and familial atmosphere within the outlet.
Acquire comprehensive training to understand all products offered by the outlet, including poisons, organic foods, health supplements, and personal care items.
Record poison related information with all required details according to a pre-arranged schedule.
Collaborate with the Manager on sales initiatives and promotions to drive the success of the outlet.
Maintaining outlet cleanliness and hygiene.
Undertake other tasks assigned by superior.
