Responsibilities:

Market Research and Analysis:

• Conduct surveys and sample tests for new products to gather valuable consumer insights.
• Update the product master list and maintain accurate records.

Competitor Analysis and Market Trends:

• Monitor competitors' activities and analyze local market trends.
• Provide insights to support headquarters in the development of new products.

Communication and Coordination:

• Follow up on Market Entry (MUI) status with headquarters and request necessary regulatory approvals (NPRA).Liaise with various teams for seamless product development and launch processes.

Content Creation and Product Knowledge:

• Create compelling product copywriting for marketing materials.
• Develop comprehensive product knowledge decks and propose competitive Recommended Retail Prices (RRP).

Product Listing and Inventory Management:

• Facilitate new product requests for listing purposes.
• Collect and analyze sales forecasts, manage Stock On Hand (SOH), and conduct monthly product ordering.
• Allocate stocks to channels and assist in stock transfers as needed.
• Any other tasks and the projects assigned by the superior / company.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in market research, product development, and inventory management.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret market trends.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Proficiency in copywriting and content creation.
• Detail-oriented and adept at managing multiple tasks efficiently.
• Good proficiency in Mandarin and English.
