Penerangan Pekerjaan - Retail Assistant

Job Responsibility
  • Welcome customers by greeting them
  • Understand customersâ needs and passionate to share product information
  • Explain, provide appropriate recommendation and perform demonstration on the features of the products to the customer
  • Perform daily operation tasks such as key in daily sales transaction and stock in transactions etc
  • Working Hour : Monday to Saturday ( 9.45am to 6.15pm)
Job Requirements
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills ⢠Patience, self motivated, positive attitude and sales driven
  • Able to work in team
  • Minimum SPM or equivalent
  • Written Language Required: Bahasa Malaysia and English
  • Computer Literate Required
  • Familiar working in Retail Environment
  • Previous retail experience and having home improvement products knowledge is an added advantage
  • Multilingual is an added advantage
