Job Responsibility

Provide exceptional customer service to customers.
Address and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
Be passionate and interested about the products we sell.
Have to be quick on your feet and quick thinking!
Assist in day-to-day restocking and constant quality assurance.
Keep the store clean and tidy at all times.
Pay attention to buying patterns and be able to assist store manager in maximizing sales.
Processing customer payments using the shop's Point of Sale (POS) system.
Available location (Setapak,Bandar Utama,Ara Damansara,Old Klang Road and Seputeh)

Job Requirements

Minimum of SPM level education.
Good spoken and written mastery for English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Growth driven and a great team player.
Adaptable, fast paced and wiling to learn/re-learn skills.
Friendly, customer oriented and willing to go the extra mile for our 'kawans'!
Willing to do physical work where necessary and stand for extended periods of time.
Diligent in doing quality assurance checks and ensuring the tidiness of the store.
