Job Responsibilities
▪ Create, propose, and execute staff rewards program and in-store customer promotion that align with business objectives and roadmaps.
▪ Obtain approval, consensus, and support of key stakeholders' departments to delivered formulated plans, initiatives, and programs.
▪ Manage and monitor utilization of the approved A&P budget. Propose new requirements for every review cycles.
▪ Provide GTM execution support to any product launches that involving retail stores.
▪ Prepare post implementation review (PIR) on every program for future enhancement and perform clear communication to the relevant stakeholders.
▪ Maintain and manage the retail staff sales commission structure in accordance with the business focus. Monitor the outcomes, required budget, and propose necessary intervention and changes if required.
▪ Develop, prepare, and analyze store and staff's relevant performance and productivity reports and turn those into relevant initiatives as quick, medium, and long terms wins.
▪ Propose SMART KPIs align with the business goals and prepare the periodical performance reporting by regions, stores, and individuals.
▪ Prepare the quarterly sales commission payouts to the relevant regional and stores staff. ▪ Prepare periodical P&L reports for retail stores and provide insights to the relevant stakeholders.
▪ Coordinate with cross-functional teams to prioritize key issues to be escalated.
▪ Provide consistent feedback and creative ideas to Head of Retail Rewards & Programs and Head of Section in maximizing the profitability of the stores.
Job Requirements
▪ Relevant work experience in telecommunication, retail banking, FMCG, and retails industries.
▪ Excellent knowledge of retail management, marketing and managing business performance will be an added advantage.
▪ The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 – 8 years of experience.
▪ Professional Certificate/Diploma/Degree or its equivalent in relevant field i.e Business, Marketing
▪ Strong organizing skills.
▪ Strong people management skills, approachable, responsible and has good listening skills.
▪ Strong and effective communication
▪ Commercial awareness and has analytical mind and familiarity with data analysis principles.
▪ Ability to understand and manage P&L
▪ Positive, passionate, collaborative, creative, A self-starter, A team player, resourceful and ability to perform under pressure.
