Job Requirement:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in retail sales and brand management, preferably in the luxury watch industry
• Strong knowledge and passion for luxury watches and or luxury retail market
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving brand growth
• Ability to develop and implement retail strategies to increase sales and brand awareness
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of retail management software
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred.
