- Provide exceptional customer serviceÂ
- Exceed sales goals by demonstrating product knowledge and services offered
- Build and maintain customer relationships by providing personalized recommendations to customers
- Help ensure customer satisfaction by managing customer feedback, queries, and complaints
- Maintain a clean store environment, including merchandising, display maintenance, and housekeeping
- Monitor competition and follow industry developments
- Assist in processing orders from 3rd Party e-commerce platforms
- Assist in executing in-store and online promotions
- Carry out any additional operation duties where relevant
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Commitment to a 6-days work week (with extra pay)
- Proven sales experience in a retail environment
- Ability to communicate in English, Bahasa MalaysiaÂ
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays when needed
- Familiarity with Shopify POS system or e-commerce platforms is a plus
