Sales Associate/Promoter

Description :

• Promote products and monitor item counts at sales counter/booth.
• Take proactive measures to address customer inquiries.
• Handle customer complaints with positive attitudes.
• Efficiently operate the Point of Sales (POS) system, ensuring accuracy.
• To perform proper SOP for opening and closing of business during business hour.
• Replenish stock, perform stock check and manage the stock arrangement.

Qualification :

• At least possess 6 months working experience as sales associate/promoter in industries such as retail, F&B.
• Able to work with minimum supervision.
• Good communication skills. Able to speak in Chinese or Japanese is an added value.
• Maintain professionalism and good attitude.
• Willing to work in Klang Valley and KL area (down town area)
• Willing to work in different outlets when needed.

Salary Range : • RM 1500-RM 2500 (depends on experience) Working Days and Hours :

• Monday-Sunday (1.5 OFF days)
• Shift basis (9am-6pm) (1pm-10pm)
• Will be working in a shift basis.
• Willing to work on public holiday and weekend.
