Job Position: Sales Engineer
Salary Package: Basic RM4k + Allowance + Commission
Petrol allowance: by claim, up to RM 1k
Phone allowance: RM 100
Entertainment allowance: by claim, up to RM1k
Gross Salary: basic + comm

Working Day: 5.5 working days
Working Hours: Mon-Fri (8:30am-5:30pm), Sat-(8:30am-1pm)
Working Location: Senai
Industry: Wholesales and Retail Mechanical Industry

Job descriptions:
1. You will need to have a deep understanding of the mechanical engineering products or systems that you are selling. This includes knowledge of their features, specifications, applications, and benefits.
2. You should be able to explain technical concepts to potential customers in a clear and persuasive manner.
You will be responsible for identifying potential customers and engaging with them to understand their needs and requirements. This involves building relationships, conducting meetings and presentations, and providing technical expertise to help customers make informed decisions.
3. You will develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and increase revenue. This may involve market research, identifying potential clients, and devising effective sales techniques. You may work closely with the sales and marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
4. You will prepare proposals and quotations for potential customers, addressing their specific requirements and offering suitable solutions. This may involve conducting feasibility studies, cost estimation, and creating technical documentation.
5. You will provide technical support to customers throughout the sales process and after the sale. This includes answering technical inquiries, addressing concerns, and troubleshooting any issues that arise.
You will collaborate with internal teams, such as design and engineering, to ensure that customer requirements are met and to provide feedback on product improvement. You may also work with project managers to ensure successful implementation and delivery of projects.
6. You will stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. This knowledge will help you identify new business opportunities and make recommendations for product development or improvement.

Job Requirements:
- Possess Diploma or Degree in engineering.
- 1-2 years experience: mechanical engineering knowledge, know Autocad
- To generate leads in sales
- Dynamic, energetic, result-oriented with positive working attitude.
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Strong problem solving abilities
- Must have own transport
- Fresh graduate with certificate in engineering are welcome to apply

For those without any cert but with experience in engineering but have knowledge about sizing, measurement, material calculation about mechanical product and software Autocad.
