Sales & Phone Technician

Main Responsibilities (Sales) :
-Approach and follow up existing and potential customers to present and offer company product and service.
-Manage and build strong relationship with existing business partners.
-Follow up on customer needs, provide professional product solutions, and continuously improve customer satisfaction.
-Welcome customers by greeting them and assessing customers’ needs.
-Be passionate to share IT gadget information and provide exceptional customer service to every customers.
-Explain, provide appropriate recommendation and perform demonstration on the features of the products to the customers.
-Achieve sales target as expected.
-Perform daily operation tasks such as sales report, stock take, etc.

Job Summary (Phone Technician) :
-Responsible to tests to assess the smartphones functionality, troubleshoot problems, and replace damaged parts and components.

Job Descriptions (Phone Technician):
-Ensure that all repairs preformed meet the company’s quality standards.
-Disassemble, test, and replace defective parts.
-Reassemble complete device.
-Maintain cleanliness and professional appearance of store and repair stations.
-Support productivity by ensuring all request is handled in a timely manner.
-Meet or exceed key performance service and repair objective.
-Attend and complete company’s technical and non-technical training.

-Learn and master the features, advantages, and competitors of all mobile phone product line.
-Assist the regional sales team in market research and customer expansion to accumulate sales experience.
-Participate in mobile phone product promotion activities, promotions, and channel expansion to enhance brand awareness.
-Assist the sales team in establishing and maintaining good cooperation with channel partners and retailers.
-Follow up on customer needs, provide professional product solutions, and continuously improve customer satisfaction.
