Senior Consultant - Service Delivery Management

Key Responsibilities: 

• To market, expand and grow the internal business of Digital Hub, encompassing the  management of IT Services to key Business Units (BUs) under the company's Group and other private companies within the Group. 
  
• Responsible in driving annual business plan targets on rolling in of customers, new services and revenue targets.
  
• Provide fast turnaround time on business opportunities and Service Proposals requested by customers.
  
• Responsible for liaison between Digital Hub and Business Units
  
• Handle Service Level Agreements of existing and new customers.
  
• To continuously engage BU’s to strengthen relations and enhance customer experience with Digital Hub. 
  
• Establish standards and mechanisms to monitor the quality of IT services continuously.
  
• To lead and explore opportunities of internal process improvements.
  

Requirements

• Candidate must possess experience in Service Management or Service Delivery.
  
• Strong people and communication skills. 
  
• Exceptional customer-facing skills and expertise in people management. 
  
• Candidates with Microsoft Excel or Process Improvement Skills have an added advantage.
  
• Applicants must be willing to work in Bandar Sunway.
