Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Recruiter to join our team, focusing exclusively on sourcing and attracting talent within the FandB and retail industry. Responsibilities: A) Talent Sourcing and Acquisition: Utilize various sourcing methods to attract candidates, including online job boards, social media platforms, industry events, and referrals. Proactively build and maintain a robust network of FandB professionals, including service attendants, chefs, food scientists, production managers, and other industry-specific roles. Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. B) Client Relationship Management: Collaborate closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand their talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the recruitment process, including job description creation, candidate selection, and offer negotiation. C) Market Research and Industry Insights: Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity within the FandB and retail sector. Analyze talent supply and demand dynamics to anticipate hiring challenges and opportunities. D) Candidate Experience Enhancement: Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding. Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates, maintaining transparency and communication throughout the recruitment journey. E) Performance Metrics and Reporting: Track key recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, candidate quality, and offer acceptance rates. ; JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience as a Recruiter, preferably with a focus on the FandB and retail industry.
  • ⁠ ⁠Deep understanding of FandB and retail industry trends, terminology, and job roles.
  • ⁠ ⁠Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and connect with professionals at all levels.
  • ⁠ ⁠Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • ⁠ ⁠Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
