Store Manager

Job Description 

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager who possess strong leadership skills, a keen understanding of retail operations, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing retail staff effectively. As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, optimizing store performance, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.  

Responsibilities 

Manage and ensure the efficiency of day-to day operation of the store 

Implement action plans to achieve monthly targets set by the company 

Review and analyze store targets against actual and team performance KPIs 

Support Marketing in store-specific marketing activities and promotions 

Planning of roster to ensure optimized use of time and resources and assigning staff to specific duties and tasks. 

Monitor, coach and provide feedback to the store team to deliver excellent customer experience 

Ensure all team members uphold and demonstrate customer service standards 

Establish a learning culture and maintain a strong connection of the store team to the Brand 

Have excellent product knowledge and drive the same standard across the store team  

Maintain a strong understanding of product sales performance and optimize sales of the available inventory 

Establish and embed customer focused behaviors across the store team   

Build and cultivate long term customer relationships and lead the team to do the same 

Handle customers queries, feedback and complaints 

Maintain a commercial mindset and continually identify and convert opportunities to drive store performance 

Ensure merchandises are well presented and visual display is aligned to Brand’s VM guideline 

Maintain awareness of market trends /monitor what competitors are doing. 

Ensure store adheres and executes according to Puras Policies and Procedures.  

Undertake any other duties related to the job scope assigned by your superior 

Requirements & Skills 

Minimum 5-7 years of total retail experience with a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role 

Skincare or essential oil knowledge is an advantage 

Must be able to work on retail shift hours, weekends and public holidays 

A self-directed learner who possesses high levels of initiative and willingness to learn 

Positive attitude and able to lead a team of Sales Associates to achieve goals 

Excellent communication and people management abilities 

Proven organizational skills – able to manage multiple demands with competing priorities and allocate time effectively
