Store Manager

Join a leading retail clothing firm as we prepare to launch in Malaysia in July! We're seeking a dynamic and strategic-minded Store Managers based in Kuala Lumpur who can oversee our 10,000 square feet stores. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in retail operations, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the Malaysian market dynamics.

Responsibilities:

Store Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of retail stores, ensuring smooth functioning in areas such as inventory management, staffing, customer service, and sales performance.

Team Leadership: Provide strong leadership to the retail operations team, including store managers and other staff members. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, set clear expectations, and provide guidance and support as needed.

Performance Monitoring: Establish systems and processes for monitoring and evaluating the performance of retail locations. Analyze sales data, operational metrics, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Inventory Management: Develop and implement effective inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels, minimize shrinkage, and ensure timely replenishment of products. Work closely with vendors and suppliers to maintain strong relationships and negotiate favorable terms.

Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including health and safety regulations, labor laws, and company policies. Implement measures to maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and staff.
