Job Description

1. Host live streaming sessions on platforms such as TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, or other social media platforms.
2. Introduce and demonstrate products in an engaging, informative, and entertaining manner.
3. Interact actively with viewers by answering questions, responding to comments, and encouraging audience participation.
4. Drive sales and achieve live streaming performance targets through effective product presentation.
5. Work closely with the marketing and operations team to plan live content, promotions, and campaigns.
6. Prepare scripts, product information, and live session materials before each broadcast.
7. Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities.
8. Maintain a professional, energetic, and positive on-camera image throughout each live session.

Job Requirements

1. Malaysian citizen or legally eligible to work in Malaysia.
2. Previous experience as a Live Streaming Host, Content Creator, Sales Promoter, or Customer Service is an advantage.
3. Comfortable speaking confidently in front of the camera with strong communication and presentation skills.
4. Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to speak Mandarin is an added advantage.
5. Energetic, outgoing, and able to engage audiences effectively.
6. Sales-oriented with the ability to influence purchasing decisions.
7. Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays based on the live streaming schedule.
8. Familiar with TikTok Live, Shopee Live, or other live commerce platforms.
9. Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
10. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt during live broadcasts.
