Sales Executive (B2B Field Sales – Plastic Recycling)

Selangor | Basic Salary + Commission | Guided & Structured Role

Aldex Trading is expanding and looking for a Sales Executive to manage and grow B2B customers in Selangor.

This is a field-based sales role involving customer visits, follow-ups, and relationship building with recyclers and factories.

The role is suitable for fresh graduates, junior sales candidates and experienced sales professionals.

👉 No plastic industry experience is required.

Clear guidance, sales direction, and customer information are provided to help you succeed.

Job Responsibilities

1. Develop new B2B customers through calls and site visits
2. Visit recyclers and factories to introduce plastic recyclable materials
3. Follow up on enquiries and provided sales leads
4. Build long-term customer relationships and repeat business
5. Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets

📞 Outbound calling is part of the role, especially at the beginning. Guidance, scripts, and customer information are provided.

Requirements

Must Have

1. Able to communicate in English and Mandarin
2. Comfortable with customer visits and field sales
3. Willing to learn, disciplined, and target-driven
4. Own transport (petrol & customer visit expenses fully reimbursed)

Good to Have (Not Mandatory)

1. Sales or customer-facing experience
2. B2B or industrial exposure

What We Offer

1. Basic salary: RM 2,500 – RM 3,000 per month
2. Attractive commission structure (details shared during interview)
3. Realistic total monthly income: RM 8,000 – RM 15,000+ for performers who build repeat customers
