You Won't Be Starting from Zero

We are looking for an experienced and driven Senior Sales Executive to manage and grow existing HORECA customer accounts while developing new business opportunities.

You will work directly with chefs, purchasers, restaurant owners and F&B decision-makers - building stronger relationships, introducing relevant products and creating sustainable sales growth.

This is a field-based sales role that puts you close to the market, with support from our Sales Coordination, Logistics and Operations teams.

What You'll Be Driving

1. Manage and grow existing HORECA and F&B customer accounts.
2. Build strong relationships with chefs, purchasers, restaurant operators and key decision-makers.
3. Understand customer operations and recommend suitable products and commercial solutions.
4. Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities across our product range.
5. Approach potential hotels, restaurants, cafes, caterers and other foodservice customers.
6. Arrange customer meetings, product presentations and sample sessions.
7. Prepare quotations, tender documents and commercial proposals.
8. Negotiate pricing and commercial terms within company guidelines.
9. Coordinate with internal teams to support customer requirements and smooth order fulfilment.
10. Handle customer enquiries and feedback professionally, and support payment follow-up.

What We're Looking For

1. At least 3-5 years of experience in sales, account management or business development.
2. Experience in HORECA, foodservice, seafood, frozen food, FMCG or F&B is preferred.
3. Proven ability to grow customer accounts and develop new business.
4. Confident engaging chefs, purchasers, restaurant owners and business decision-makers.
5. Able to communicate effectively in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is seen as an added value.
6. Self-motivated, organised and able to manage customer activities independently.
7. Valid driving licence, own transport and willingness to travel within assigned territories.
