Job Description:
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Understand client needs and objectives, and communicate these effectively to internal teams.
Account Growth:
- Identify opportunities for account expansion and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to present additional products or services to clients.
Customer Satisfaction:
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and resolution of issues.
- Proactively address client concerns and provide timely solutions.
Communication and Collaboration:
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and support, to meet client needs.
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on products, services, and industry trends.
Contract Negotiation and Renewal:
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.
- Manage contract renewals and extensions, ensuring terms are favorable to both parties.
- Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities within existing accounts.
- Provide support in the preparation and delivery of sales presentations.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze account data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Prepare regular reports on account status, performance, and growth opportunities.
Job Requirements:
Educational Level:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Working Experience:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in accounting or finance.
- Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role.
- Experience in sales, customer service, or account management is advantageous.
- Knowledge of the industry and market trends.
Skills and Abilities:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
- Proactive and customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
Certificates & Qualifications:
- Professional certification such as Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent is a plus.
- Relevant certifications in account management, sales, or customer relationship management are a plus.
- Results-driven and motivated by achieving targets.
- Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic work environment.
- Professional and polished demeanor.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Additional Considerations:
- Familiarity with Accounting software.
- Understanding of industry-specific regulations and compliance.
