Penerangan Pekerjaan - Assistant Sales Coordinator

Responsibilities: 

  • Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and 
  • communicating relevant information across. 
  • Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or materials. 
  • Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested. 
  • Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness. 
  • Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems. 

Requirements: 

  • Ability to work independently and as part of team.
  • Excellent computer skills, such as Microsoft office. 
  • Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving. 
  • Strong communication, interpersonal skills and written communication skills. 
  • Minimum SPM level and above is preferred.
