Beauty Advisor FSS Queensbay

REPORTS TO: Commercial Manager /Area Commercial Executive Retail Manager/ Counter Manager

Primary Function:

• To achieve the sales targets allocated
  
• Provide assistance to customers to ensure satisfaction followup on customer purchases and maintain customer database
  
• To set up and maintain product displays and collateral material
  
• To complete required administration work i.e. customer profiles daily/monthly sales report/stock sheets etc.
  
• To assist in trade and press presentations beauty clinics and any other promotional activities as required.
  
• Any other duties as directed by your immediately superior/ management from time to time.
  

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
  
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively.
  
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
  
• Social Selling Skills. E.g.: Social Posting Virtual Consultation Live Streaming
  

Benefits

• Commission: up to RM1800
  
• Personal incentive: up to RM500
  
• Store Incentive: up to RM600 (depending on the Store Size)
  
• Annual Wage Supplement: 1 month of basic salary (upon confirmation)
  
• Free Cosmetics: RM1650/ quarterly
  
• Entitled to OT Claim
  
• Work arrangement: 5 days work per week
