Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized styling advice and product recommendations to customers.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and loyalty.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a well-presented and organized boutique environment for an elevated shopping experience.
• Stay informed about current fashion trends and product knowledge to better assist customers.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and contribute to the overall success of the boutique.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in luxury retail sales preferred.
• Passion for fashion and luxury goods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales skills and the ability to meet targets.
• Professional and polished appearance.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Malaysian national, willing to commute or relocate, and comfortable with handling non-halal and alcohol products.
