Business Development Associate

Primary duty to engage potential small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) owners over the phone and identify qualified SME owners for our financial services. Business Hour and Working Location

• Mondays to Fridays, 9am to 6pm

• Minimum Diploma in any disciplines.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in a BSB or financial services environment, is preferred, but candidates with/without experience in making outbound calls, telesales, or customer service are welcome to apply.
• Excellent communication skills in English, Mandarin and/or Cantonese.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse business owners.
• Ability to work independently, with high level of self-motivation and resilience.
• Age between 18 and 40 years old.
