Business Development Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

IHH Healthcare Berhad is seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Associate to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a remote work opportunity based in Kuala Lumpur, MY, with the option for occasional in-person meetings.

Responsibilities: - Identify and develop new business opportunities through research, networking, and relationship-building - Collaborate with the sales team to create and implement strategies to drive growth and revenue - Conduct market analysis to identify potential areas for expansion or improvement - Assist in the development of marketing materials and presentations to attract new clients - Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive landscape - Provide regular updates and reports on business development activities and progress

Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or a related field - Energetic and confident personality with a passion for driving business growth - Strong innovation skills with the ability to think outside the box - High emotional intelligence and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
