Business Development Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

Tenaga Nasional Berhad, a leading electricity utility company in Malaysia, is seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Associate to join our team on a full-time remote basis. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in business development or related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Research and identify potential business opportunities for the company. 2. Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners. 3. Develop and present proposals to prospective clients. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategies for business growth. 5. Track and analyze market trends to identify new opportunities. 6. Prepare reports and presentations for management. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry news and trends.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 2. Proven track record in business development or sales. 3. Independent and energetic personality. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Strong persuasion and negotiation skills. 6. Ability to adapt to changing market conditions. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. 8. Remote work experience is a plus.
