Business Development Executive

Chiropractic First who is a leader of chiropractic care in Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia is currently expanding and in line with our expansion, we are looking for a dedicated Business Development Executive to join our happy family. If you possess at least 3 years of experience in Retail Expansion & business development, keep reading as you could be our next employee! You will be mainly responsible for new clinic expansion & setup whereby you will be required to liaise with mall management officers, renovation contractors and vendors

What we need you to do?

• Develop business plan and implement planning clinic setup procedures
• Research & conduct feasibility studies on new products and services opportunity
• New Clinic Expansion (source, negotiate and propose to the management) & Setup (liaise with mall management officers, renovation contractors and vendors)
• Liaise with Health Department, Immigration Department, Government Officials and mall management officials for documentations and processes for all clinics
• Liaise with vendors for maintenance issues faced for clinics and offices.
• Oversee and ensure the operational stability of newly developed business

What we need from you?

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in Business Development (expansion)
• Strong in analytical skills & numeric literacy in terms of marketing analysis
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
• Good project & time management skills
• Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook
• Strong initiative and able to work independently
• Able to travel on short notice
