Business Development Manager

• Responsible for the achievement of the assigned sales target for the year.
• Develop a sales strategy to achieve or exceed the assigned sales target for the year.
• Initiate and execute plans to penetrate and increase the company’s client base
• Generate active sales leads from existing and new clients with the focus on government ministries, government agencies and government-linked companies.
• Introduce company’s core solutions to existing and potential clients
• Cultivate and maintain good business relationships with clients.
• Represent the company with the highest degree of professionalism and integrity.
• Involve in company's publicity events such as seminars and exhibitions.
• Involve in the whole sales cycle of prospecting, qualifying, proposing, closing and collection.
• To handle and work on any assigned Request For Proposals (RFQs), tenders or bids from clients.
• Responsible update the sales pipelines and achievement in company’s sales management software.
• Ensure that sales activities are effectively executed with appropriate technical support.
• Liaise with Solutions Architect Office to formulate winning strategies.

; JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma/degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology or equivalent.
• Sales working experience in IT industry.
• Previous experience of leading and running a successful small sales team.
• Proven excellent sales track record.
• Possess own transport.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills coupled with a strong desire for success.
• Able to work independently, aggressive, and willing to travel
• Able to communicate well in English and Bahasa Malaysia (verbal and written).
