New Business and Key Account Manager
Responsibilities:
New Business Development (70%)
- Lead business development in Regional
- Handle inbound requests to quickly convert to qualified leads
- Source outbound leads using lead generation tools to generate awareness and to book new meetings
- Complete product demonstrations both over the phone and face to face
- Keep your finger on the pulse with all things influencer marketing to ensure you're an expert in the field
- Confidently quote and negotiate to secure the best possible deal
- Achieve weekly activity KPIs and monthly revenue targets
- Preparing weekly and monthly progress reports for the management team
- Qualify inbound leads, using a consultative and probing sales process you will look to see if there is synergy with both parties working together
- Create and deliver pitches to client and SME, really looking to show how the tech would help the client
- Educate the client on influencer marketing and how individual campaigns would help them engage their market
Key Account Management (30%)
- Lead a few specific Key accounts from planning to execution. Key Accounts are existing accounts or brands that are classified as the company’s strategic clientele.
- Account retention and growth. Proactively identify the needs of the client and business to sell-through incremental campaign opportunities to clients, that help them achieve the most efficient returns & results on their overall marketing dollars, while delivering best in class work that helps grow client business.
- Oversee execution by setting up processes with clients and clear lines of communication with the internal and external parties.
- Acts as a key contact for assigned clients and operates campaigns on Hiip platform
- Develops content strategy based on HIIP SG brand’s or client's business objectives and a customer's or end user's need.
