Job Description:

Conveyancing Lawyer
1. Manage residential and commercial real estate transactions from start to finish (both sub-sales & project works);
2. Review and draft contracts, deeds, leases and other conveyancing documents;
3. Coordinate with clients, real estate agents and other parties involved in the transaction; and
4. Ensure compliance with all relevant procedures, timelines, laws and regulations. Conveyancing Clerk

Qualifications and Requirements:

Conveyancing Lawyer
1. At least 1 year of experience practicing law with a focus on conveyancing;
2. Proficiency in conveyancing procedures;
3. Strong communication skills; and
4. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously. Conveyancing Clerk
1. Previous experience as conveyancing clerk;
2. Familiarity with conveyancing procedures;
3. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment; and
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other basic office software.
