Job Description

• Responsible for company’s e-commerce platform sales and operation. Execute E-commerce daily operations (reply emails/WhatsApp professionally with fulfilment centre, social posts, etc), plan and monitor sales and promotions to meet KPI.
• Accountable for company’s digital marketing. Liasing with digital marketer on digital ads matter. Ensure effective content for digital ads.
• Monitor and manage Tiktok and Shopee live.
• Conduct a daily site audit to ensure key product pages are working well (selection and adding to cart process, right price, no problems with check outs) and promotions are running correctly.
• Work closely with different team (marketing, graphics, finance) to provide updated content that will be shared across e-commerce platforms.
• Responsible in setting up all content details pages.
• Identify market trends, potential products, target audience, and competitor activities in online market.
• Support marketing communication and distributing E-newsletter to customers. 
• Monitor inventory and fulfilment to meet customer expectations.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and manage reviews/comments to maintain positive store rating
• Work closely with the warehouse and fulfilment teams to ensure seamless order processing and timely customer deliveries.
• Compile daily and monthly sales report to management.
• To perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Min. Bachelor's Degree or higher in Marketing or any related field.
• Prefer candidate with e-commerce/ marketing & sales /digital marketing experiences in beauty skincare line/ FMCG products. 
• Required Language: English, Malay
• Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written.
• Familiar with e-commerce website and marketplace platforms (Shopee, Tiktok & Lazada, etc.).
• Excellent organizational, multi-tasking skills and attention to detail.
• Able to start work immediately or on short notice is an added advantage.
