Finance Executive (Mandarin Speaker

• Prepare monthly financial report and direct report to Finance Manager
• Update daily sales and cash book and tally with bank.
• Managing and monitoring cash flows, bank balances (credit and debit).
• Issues payment voucher or cash vouchers and preparing bank reconciliations.
• Able to handle full set of account (sale taxes,redemption and SST) and assist in any other accounting related works.
• Able to handle account payable and account receivable.
• Account for stock value control for commercial and internal use
• Handle customer invoicing and collections.
• Monitor customer and follow up on collections, take action on overdue accounts.
• Handle internal expenses and budget planning.
• Involve with accounting audit preparation and documentation with auditor.
• Assist management with finance analysis reportings.
• Ensure proper maintenance of documentation and filing to support all accounting entries .
• Staff Payroll
• Updated fixed asset and depreciation

; JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidates must possess at least Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum 1-2 years working experience in accounting field.
• Able to speak and write Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Good computer literate, proficiency in SQL accounting software and MS Office.
• Analytical, meticulous, good interpersonal, communication skills and organization
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Possess own transportation.
