We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Sales. He/She must be result-driven with passion and proven track record in sales. The person will be responsible for the overall sales performance of Media Mulia Sdn. Bhd.
1.  Prepare and implement sales plans including strategies, budget, and profit forecast for all the Company's platforms - newspapers, digital and social media.
2.   Responsible for all sales and marketing activities.
3.   Identify potential customers and new opportunities besides expanding and sustaining the current client base.
4.   Plan, study and organise sales and marketing programmes.
5.   Manage Media Mulia overall sales team.
6.   Forge strong relationships with external parties.
7.   Identify customers need and respond proactively.
8.   Establish sales objectives, revenue and profit for the Company.
9.   Prepare and submit advertising sales reports to the Managing Director.
10. Responsible for the overall sales process.
11. Report to the Managing Director.

Requirements:
1.   Degree in related field. But individual drive supersedes paper qualifications.
2.   A natural leader, level headed and retains the composure even during the worse days.
3.   Strong presentation/negotiation skills.
4.   Track key performance indicators (ROI & KPI).
5. Minimum 15 years working experience in Sales and management. Someone from FMCG sectors would be welcomed.
6.   Knowledge in Advertising is an added advantage but not a prerequisite.
7.   Excellent communication skills.
