Junior/ Senior Conveyancing Lawyer(KL)/ Junior/ Senior Conveyancing Clerk(KL)

Job Description:

JUNIOR/ SENIOR CONVEYANCING LAWYER(KL)
- Responsible to liaise with client, banker, agent, developers and various government bodies.
- To handle sub-sales, developer project, loan (including company loan), discharge, perfection of charge, perfection to transfer and other conveyancing matters.
- To maintain and update file status on operating system.
- Always ensure that there is high-level of confidentially in the affairs of the department.
- Attending to client, correspondences, preparing status report
and other types of works assigned by the firm time to time. JUNIOR/ SENIOR CONVEYANCING CLERK(KL)
- Candidates responsible to liaise with client, banker, agent, developers, various government bodies and firm lawyer.
- Assisting lawyers in preparing and attending to legal documents.
- To assist on sub-sales, developer project, loan(including company loan), discharge, perfection of transfer and other conveyancing matters.
- To maintain and update file status on operating system.
- Always ensure that there is a high-level of confidentiality in the affairs of the department.
- Attending to client, correspondences, preparing status report and others types of works assigned by the firm from time to time.

Qualifications and Requirements:

JUNIOR/ SENIOR CONVEYANCING LAWYER(KL)
- Junior with or without working experience (Freshgrade are encouraged to apply, training will be provided). Senior minimum with 5 years working experience.
- Able to handle developer project or SPA, Loan Documentation and other conveyancing works.
- Good communication and drafting skill on SPA.
- Able to work independently and within deadlines with minimum supervision.
- Able to work as a team and proactive. JUNIOR/ SENIOR CONVEYANCING CLERK(KL)
- Junior with or without working experience (Freshgrade are encouraged to apply, training will be provided). Senior minimum with 3 years working experience.
- Able to handling Developer Project or SPA, Loan documentation and other conveyancing works.
- Minimum Diploma qualification.
- Able to work ad a team and proactive.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
