JUNIOR/SENIOR CONVEYANCING LAWYER/ RECEPTIONIST

Job Description:

1. Able to draft Sub-Sale, Sale & Purchase Agreement, independently and handle the file from beginning until handover VP/Legal Possession.
2. Familiar with banking documentations.
3. Expected to liaise with clients (including banks) and government authorities i.e. Register of Titles, Stamp Office, LHDN, etc.
4. Prepare legal opinion and legal advise on all aspects of sale & Purchase transaction and loan drawdown.
5. Draft correspondence, legal instruments or documents to developers, banks, third parties.
6. Address residential and commercial projects legal issue.
7. Handle and attend to signings of Sale & Purchase Agreement and Loan Documentations
8. Do thorough legal research RECEPTIONIST
- handle incoming calls, make calls for appointment and receiving documents;
- doing general simple paper work, eg. recording files.

Qualifications and Requirements:

CONVEYANCING LAWYER
1. Degree holder of LLB
2. Able to handle of SPA and loan files for sub-sales
3. Dedicated and responsible towards his/her job
4. Fluent in written and spoke Malay & English languages
5. Able to work independently in a fast pace environment with minimal supervision
6. Able to meet deadlines
7. Good interpersonal skills with positive working attitude
8. Computer literate with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
9. Possesses own transport
10. Candidates who are fluent in Mandarin are preferred because the role requires candidates to interact with Mandarin- speaking clients
11 At least with 3 years and above portfolio in conveyancing RECEPTIONIST
1. candidate must be proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English;
2. candidate must possess at least SPM or equivalent;
3. candidate must possess good attitudes.
