Job Description:
Legal Assistant / Conveyancing Clerk To handle conveyancing matters including legal documentation involving sub-sale & financing documentation
To handle developer's projects, with or without title
To attend to status reports and update file status
Possess positive attitude, self-motivated and able to work independently
Salary depends on working experience
Qualifications and Requirements:
Legal Assistant With a valid Practicing Certificate
Qualified or certified in Islamic Financing Documentation/
Syarie Lawyer's Certificate
Experience in preparing documents using mail-merge is an added advantage Conveyancing Clerk Candidate must have at least a Diploma/Degree in any field
Candidate should be computer literate and have good typing skills
Advance knowledge in Excel, Microsoft Word & Gdrive
Required language(s) : Fluent in English [at least Grade B in SPM English] and Bahasa Malaysia
Experience in preparing documents using mail-merge is an added advantage
