Litigation Lawyer/ Conveyancing Lawyer

Job Description:

1) Litigation Lawyer
-To attend to all litigation matters and be able to attend Court matters.
-Drafting pleadings, cause papers, and submission.
-Preparing legal opinion and conducting research on all legal and related matters.
-Prepare status reports and updates to superiors and clients.
-To attend to clients and other works assigned by the firm from time to time. 2) Conveyancing Lawyer
-To handle all conveyancing matters such as preparing SPA for project / sub-sales, loan, and other conveyancing files until completion / commercial agreement.
-Preparing and attending to legal documents relating to conveyancing and loan documentation.
-Attending to clients, correspondences, preparing the status report, and other types of work assigned by the firm/company from time to time.
-Advise clients on all aspects of buying or selling process, including legal issues, finances, and contracts.
-Any other tasks related to conveyancing that are not stipulated above.

Qualifications and Requirements:

1) Litigation Lawyer
-Must possess a bachelor's degree in law with qualified Practicing Certificates or equivalent.
-At least 3-5 years of experience in the related field.
-Able to work with minimum supervision, a team player, responsible, reliable, committed, and with a goodand positive working attitude.
-Added advantage to applicants who can communicate Cantonese or Mandarin. 2) Conveyancing Lawyer
-Candidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree in law and possess a valid Practicing Certificate.
-Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
-Added advantage to applications that can communicate Cantonese because you may require to liaise with clients from Overseas such as Hong Kong.
-At least 3-5 years of experience in sub-sales, sub-loan, projects and loans, and commercial agreements.
-Able to work independently.
