Marketing Admin Assistant

Criteria:

• Only open for Malaysian
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma in any related field
• Candidate must have experience min 2 years sales experience in any field
• Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, Shopee and online sales processes including familiar using courier delivery platform such as Lala Move, Pos Laju etc.
• Strong attention to detail for accurate product listings and order processing.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and internal teams.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Product Management: Assist in the uploading, updating, and maintenance of products on the e-commerce platform, ensuring accuracy in descriptions, images, and pricing. 

Customer Support: Provide timely and professional customer support via email, chat, or phone, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting with order management, shipping, order tracking and returns.

Marketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional activities, including creating and scheduling social media posts, email newsletters, and advertising campaigns to drive traffic and sales on the e-commerce platform.

Operation Support: Processing orders, managing inventory, and coordinating with fulfillment teams to ensure the product is meeting the customer need. Handle delivery and courier service goods to customer preferred Date & Time.

We, Sang Ruminan Empire is a Bumiputera Muslim owned company that strive to growing meeting the demand of Food Security raw product of Beef, Lamb, Mutton, Chicken especially for Muslim consumer, Fresh Frozen Cow from our own Farm at Pahang and also collaborate with local supplier to supply the Import Beef, Lamb and Mutton.

Working Hour: 9.00am - 7.00pm

Day: Monday - Saturday

Location: One Selayang, Selayang
