Penerangan Pekerjaan - Pre-Sales Consultant

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Pre-Sales Consultant to join our team. As a Pre-Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for collaborating with the sales team to understand customer requirements and crafting tailored solutions to meet their needs. Your primary goal will be to drive revenue growth by effectively demonstrating the value of our products to potential clients. Job Responsibilities:

  • Liaise closely with our Sales Team, prospects, customers and partners to cultivate sales opportunities, identify requirements, gaps, needs, and propose the right solution that can be offered by Company.
  • Work on technical solution, commercial proposal and presales project within the timeline given/expected by prospect or Sales Team.
  • Participate in software tender/bidding process.
  • Work closely with project/technical teams to ensure a smooth hand-over of a new deal from sales-front to project management.
  • Communicate effectively between our technology principals (or the Company’s internal product teams) and our local or overseas prospects to craft a win-win solution proposal. These parties may be based in various time zones and workday calendars.
  • Present Company's solution and product offering, as well as creating proof-of-concept, mock-up screen design, and User/Functional Requirement Specification (URS/FRS) whenever needed.
  • Provide technical training and support to our partners, locally and abroad.
  • Travel overseas on a need basis to support all our sales activities.

; JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or related field.
  • Prior experience within presales (2 years and above).
  • Strong understanding of technical concepts and ability to communicate them effectively to non-technical audiences
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools
  • Willingness to travel as needed
