• Must be able to play guitar/ bass and or keyboard. An in-depth knowledge of various musical instruments will be advantageous
• Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills, must be self-motivated and a good team player
• Excellent customer service and sales oriented
• Able to speak good English and Mandarin or Bahasa Malaysia (to liaise with various speaking client)
• Good email etiquette
• Computer literate and knowledge in basic office software
• Physically fit
• Only Full-Time position available
• Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.

Responsibility

• Provide premium customer service, product knowledge and expertise to customers
• To effectively recommend, promote and sell musical instruments and products
• To participate in sales & marketing events, roadshows etc, as and when required
• To present and demonstrate products to customers at showroom and events
• To assist in loading/ unloading of goods and arrangement of merchanise in showroom
• Ensure stock accuracy and replenish when required
• Manage retail showroom's daily operations and upkeep sales floor cleanliness
• Ensure products and displays are consistently well-presented
• To achieve monthly sales target set
• Assist in any other ad hoc tasks assigned by the management
