Job Responsibility

Communicate with sales coordinator to arrange production schedule.
Monitor project progress to ensure IT is following the schedule.
Assign work to Line Workers.
Train Line Workers on the procedure to assemble product per assigned role for the day.
Any ad hoc task as assigned by superior

Job Requirements

Proven experience in production department, with at least 1 years in a supervisory role
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Responsible and be punctual at work at all times.
Own transport & willing OT
