Property Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with existing clients.
• To lead sales and marketing team to achieve company’s sales target.
• Plan and monitor the implementation of marketing and sales activities towards achieving company’s sales targets within approved budget.
• To motivate, support and coach the sales team to enhance their career development, growth and team morale.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Marketing/ Business Studies or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience mainly in Property Sales Industry.
• Real Estate License (REA) or Real Estate Negotiator License (REN) are required.
• Good leadership and communication skills.
• Motivated and result oriented.
• Able to speak in Mandarin is an added advantages.
