One 49 is a service apartment project located in Johor Bahru township developed by our subsidiary company, TH Tebrau Land Sdn Bhd. The project has 49 floors simultaneously with modern recreation facilities. It is strategically located adjacent to the Tebrau Highway, accessible via major express ways such as the Eastern Dispersal Link (EDL), Pasir Gudang Highway, and Senai Desaru Highway.

It is also close to shopping complexes such as Mid Valley megamall JB, KSL City Mall, Gaint  Hypermarket, AEON, Tesco, IKEA and so on that making it easier for residents to shop around. Additionally, the project is also near several popular education institutions & medical facilities.

We are currently looking for driven and energetic candidates to join our team in Johor Bahru as Sales & Marketing Executive.

Job Responsibilities :

• Responsible to achieve individual sales target and group sales target.
• Guide, assist and follow up with purchaser for the completion of sales transaction from booking, loan application up to SPA execution.
• Liaise and monitor processes with purchasers, bankers, lawyers, sales admin department and other relevant party effectively within stipulated period to ensure smooth flow of sales process.
• Prepare sales reports and sales activities report periodically to Immediate superior. Prepare other relevant report and documentation as required by the management as well.
• Prepare letters, forms, plans, other documents and other sales related materials.
• Coordinate and organise sales launches, roadshows and promotional activities from time to time.
• Any other duties or ad-hoc task that maybe assigned by the management.

Requirements :

• Professional Certificate/Diploma/Degree holder.
• Minimum 2 to 3 years working experience in property sales . 
• Result oriented and aggressive in sales.
• Excellent in customer services.
• Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with mandarin speaking clients.
• Able to work on weekend and public holiday.
• Work location based in Johor Bahru.
• Malaysia citizen.
