Business Development Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and driven Business Development Associate to join our team at Malaysia Airports Holdings Berhad in George Town, Penang. As an Entry Level position, this role is perfect for someone with 1 year of experience who is looking to jumpstart their career in business development.

Responsibilities: - Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities - Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients - Assist in the creation of business development strategies - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects - Monitor and analyze industry trends to stay ahead of the competition - Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients - Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the company - Meet and exceed sales targets set by management

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Proven track record of meeting sales targets - Strong communication and negotiation skills - Self-motivated and results-driven - Ability to work well in a team environment - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Ability to make informed decisions under pressure
