Business Development Associate

Job Description: Sunway Construction Group Berhad is seeking a driven and resilient Business Development Associate to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in business development or a related field. This role will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth and success of the company.

Responsibilities: 1. Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other means. 2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals, presentations, and other materials to pitch to potential clients. 4. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential areas for growth. 5. Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and promote the company’s services. 6. Track and report on business development activities, progress, and results to management.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 2. 2+ years of experience in business development or a similar role. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Persuasive and creative mindset to effectively pitch and sell the company’s services. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
