Business Development Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our team at Fraser & Neave Holdings Bhd in Kuala Lumpur. As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving the growth of the company.

Responsibilities: - Research and analyze market trends to identify potential business opportunities - Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and expand the company's customer base - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop innovative strategies for business growth - Prepare and present proposals, reports, and presentations to clients and senior management - Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track the success of business development initiatives - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Independent and dedicated with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Excellent critical thinking and strategic planning skills - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Knowledge of market research techniques and data analysis methods
