Business Development Associate

Job Description:

Nestlé Malaysia is looking for a dynamic and resourceful Business Development Associate to join our team in Johor Bahru, Johor. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving growth for the company. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with at least 2 years of experience in business development and a passion for driving business success.

Responsibilities: 1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive company growth. 2. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients and partners. 3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business development strategies. 4. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities. 5. Create and deliver compelling presentations to key stakeholders. 6. Assist in the development of marketing campaigns and strategies to support business growth. 7. Monitor and report on key performance metrics to track progress towards goals. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. 2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development or a related field. 3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. 4. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. 5. Leadership and teamwork skills. 6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. 7. Resourceful and resilient mindset. 8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
